By placing an order on the Jorge Oculista online store, you confirm that you agree to our general terms and conditions.

Jorge Oculista website reserves the right to modify, at any time, the information and commercial offers presented regarding: products, prices, promotions, commercial conditions, and services. 

We make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free of typographical errors. However, should any occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. If, for any reason, the information provided does not match the product's actual characteristics, the Customer will be duly informed and will have the right to cancel their purchase.

Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
Due to the large number of items in our catalog, isolated instances of incorrect pricing may occur. All values are verified at the time of order processing:

  • If the correct price is lower, the difference will be refunded to the Customer.
  • If the correct price is higher, the Customer will be contacted via email to decide whether they wish to confirm or cancel the order. 

PAYMENT METHODS
We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card: Visa and Mastercard
  • Multibanco (Exclusive to Portugal)
  • MBWay (Exclusive to Portugal)
  • PAYPAL
  • KLARNA (Payment in 3 interest-free installments)
  • PIX (Exclusive for purchases made via our WhatsApp) 
The installment amount is automatically debited from your card.
The first installment is charged at the moment the order is shipped.
The next two installments are debited every 30 days after the date of the first payment.
This payment method is available only for online purchases with a value over €100.

SHIPPING
We offer two delivery options for online purchases:

  • Home delivery, to the address indicated by the Customer;
  • In-store pickup, available at the following physical stores: Porto, Vila do Conde, Famalicão, Joane, Guimarães, Barcelos, Indi Matosinhos, and Indi Famalicão.
We ship to any country in the world via CTT EXPRESS.

Portugal – Islands

Orders over €100: Free (Air or Sea)

In the event of adverse weather conditions, delivery times may be subject to change.


Spain

Shipping in 2 to 3 business days: €7
Shipping to the Balearic Islands (from 5 business days): €15

All expenses related to customs duties or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the Customer.


ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are dispatched upon stock confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. 
After items are checked, we confirm our ability to fulfill the order. Typically, preparation takes between 24h and 48h business hours. 

Our offers are always subject to the availability and quality of existing stock.
In the event of a stockout, the order may be placed directly with our supplier. In this situation, the Customer will be duly informed of the resulting impacts on the delivery timeframe.

You can track the entire process, from dispatch to order receipt, ensuring a safe and flawless delivery.
In case of product stockout, Jorge Oculista does not guarantee that restocking will not involve a price update. The order will only be processed after explicit confirmation from the Customer.
